Favorite Thing about Houston:
"I enjoy living in such a diverse city that also has such interesting neighborhoods. I also like that we have so many people here who are committed to working toward improving the lives of others."

One thing I would change about Houston:
"Houston doesn't seem to invest in it's poor neighborhoods. Why do low income communities have to deal with tons of stray animals, tons of abandoned buildings that could collapse and kill people(in addition to breeding crime and the accumulation of trash), and inadequate public transportation? Also the problems of homelessness and alcohol abuse seem to be on the rise in Houston."

My idea to change it:
"Invest in poor communities and in providing more rehabilitation programs. Invest in providing improved infrastructure in poor communities and affordable housing. Let's borrow the best ideas from across the country and revitalize Houston for all it's citizens. Let's decrease crime, drug abuse, and inequality. We can do it! Also it would benefit everyone and make Houston an even better place to live."
